Thanks for the First Season

3-5-2 is the way it ends, people.

I know our last ~5 games we only had enough people out to cause a majority of the team to play 90. I hope to avoid this next year with some pick ups/drops. I'm sure a few of you aren't coming back. Please let me know as soon as you can. I certainly don't mind if you mull it over, but I'd like to know by the new year so I can plan for it. No hard feelings with anyone.

The simple thing is this - we did not have a bad first season. There are a lot worse ways to end a season than 3 wins and 2 draws. Hopefully next season we will get some more of those things called wins.

Everyone have a happy holiday season. I'll talk to you all soon after the new year. We will try and get some kick arounds going by then as long as the weather cooperates. If you want to use this site to get a practice going, or if you have some pick up games you know going, please feel free to make a new topic and do so.

Oddly enough there is still an outside chance that we could actually make the play offs!

They'd have to lose both two games by six goals each. Screwed by goal differential again!!!

We're sixth place overall in D4 standings. Since we beat Express and Hanmaum (who both have the same record as us) we're placed higher than them. We're also one below on the Wildcard listings for the tourney. If any wildcard teams drop out, we're up to the plate. Unfortunately in the past when teams have dropped from the tourney, it's usually a late drop or a late forfeit. If ANY team(s) drop prematurely from the tourney in a timely manner, then we should be playing. Obviously I'll let everyone know if that happens.

First games start in 6 days, so I'm not holding my breath.
